RENTAL POLICY
Method of Payment:
Eastside Event Rentals requires a 30% non – refundable down payment to reserve products and dates. All down payments go towards the final balance. The remaining balance will be due 7 days before the event setup date, set by Eastside Event Rentals LLC. Final balances should be received no later than 7 days before the event by 5 pm EST. Signed rental agreement and state ID/Driver license is also required.
Damage Waiver:
The damage waiver covers accidental damage or damage caused by natural events. It does not cover negligence, abuse, or lost items. Damage Waiver is not optional.
Delivery of Equipment:
Eastside Events Rentals will install equipment within our work schedule in consideration of your event start time. Eastside Event Rentals will provide a tentative delivery time the week prior to and/or the week of your event and the schedule adjustments may be made at the discretion of Eastside Event Rentals’ management team. Tents will not be set up or taken down in adverse weather conditions i.e., heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds etc.
Delivery is to first floor level. If items are requested to be delivered to a different area, an additional charge will occur.
Rental Removals / Pick-ups:
Eastside Event Rentals agrees to remove or pick up all rental items in a timely manner. Tents will not be set up or taken down in adverse weather conditions i.e. heavy rain, hail, lightning, snow, high winds etc. Eastside Event Rentals reserves the right to determine if weather conditions are conducive for set up and removal. Eastside Event Rentals reserves the right to remove/ pick up any rental items before the contracted removal date, but not before the conclusion of your event.
Cancellation:
If you need to cancel your Tent or non-tent related rental items, for any reason, we will be happy to issue you a 100% store credit to be used within one year. No credit is available once you pick up your items and sign for them or once our staff has packed your order in the delivery vehicle. Please note that rental fees are charged on a "time out" basis. You are charged whether you use the item or not. Credit cards will be held on file until all rental items are returned. Late fees or replacement costs for damaged or non-returned items will be billed to the card on file.
